Auditory

Listen with complete attention to a single sound until the sound and the listener are indistinguishable.

Thought Control

Observe thoughts without following them. Hold a single thought to the exclusion of all others. Or achieve vacancy — true inner silence.

Asana

Sit without moving. Scratch nothing, adjust nothing. Let every impulse arise and pass. The body and the will are the same instrument.
